Access Health CT
Access Health CT is Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace.
We were approached by Access Health CT to help strategize, design, support and build brand consistency of an entirely new digital & physical presence for Connecticut’s official health insurance marketplace.
How do we make Access Health CT a successful state-run exchange at a time when many states have struggled to enroll uninsured residents?
Our internal communications website was designed to allow for better target audience segmentation and consistent brand message among the navigators and assistors. Our site offered a broad range of engaging content and utilities for enacting a variety of tasks, from planning, marketing, to scheduling. Maintaining a highly engaging and usable web experience across all devices would ensure easy access to information for all internal personnel.
We generated a poster/ Flyer campaign (Because I Got Covered) to promote the cornerstone of the initiative: get Connecticut enrolled in health care coverage. Due to the early success, the campaign was expanded to 14 cities throughout Connecticut. Cities include: Bridgeport, Bristol, Danbury, Hartford, Meriden, New Britain, New Haven, New London, Norwich, Stamford, Torrington, Waterbury, West Haven, and Wilimantic.
Supporting Access Health CT in all strategic design, provided key details and services to a movement looking for stability and public interest in its content.
The deliverables for this project required us to handle design and implementation, complementing the work to realize the vision for the state.
The final result is a refreshed internal web presence for Access Health staff, fully geared to serve a diverse set of audience needs across the state. It builds on previous marketing efforts to usher in a vibrant and exciting new era for Connecticut’s insurance marketplace.
